Basic homemade joystick resistance for oculus touch controller.

A simple mod to make an oculus controller feel more like a joystick. Particularly for No Man's Sky VR. The Velcro under the bracket is there simply to protect my chair arm. It isn't attached. It's a bit ghetto but it works pretty darn well. It makes No Man's Sky much more playable. It's the best I could conceive of in a short amount of time. I imagine I'll come up with improvements.
