Oculus Rift Touch Wrist Roll/Twist Tracking Glitch (Lost Positional Tracking)

I am trying to isolate the Oculus Touch controller positional tracking loss issue. So far, I have found that if you rapidly twist your wrist/controller, you can cause the positional tracking to cut out, while retaining rotation tracking. This is not the battery issue that many have suggested, and I should have enough USB bandwidth.
