This session walks-through the Input Actions and their relationship to physical input, configuring actions in our project and mapping them to controllers, as well as a small intro to Input Action Rules and consuming input in a scene.
In the demonstration, we setup the actions for our project, use the controller mapping to map the buttons on a controller to those actions through the scriptable configuration. A short walkthrough the Input Action Rules, enabling one action to spawn others based on the input data. Finally we create a basic input script and attach it to an object in the scene to react when a specific Input Action is received.
